Anne Tyler Howell, Secretary
Anne Tyler Howell is a recent graduate of the College of Charleston’s Master of Arts program in Community Planning, Policy, and Design, where she developed a passion for community building and placemaking. For her capstone thesis project, she partnered with CFLT to develop conceptual designs and policy strategies for the Union Heights and Windsor Place neighborhoods in North Charleston. Prior to her graduate studies, she worked for national membership organizations in Washington, DC focused on the built environment. She served the American Institute of Architects for five years, working with its national leaders to help them set strategy, define policies, and plan for the future of the profession. She currently serves as a project manager for a boutique real estate development firm based in Charleston.
